Historic Charm
Steeped in history dating back to the original Penn Grant of 1718, the property now offers modern elegance in a lush outdoor setting with endless natural beauty. Step back in time as you drive down the sweeping entrance past The Manor House.
This stone estate, built in 1766, is one of many picture perfect settings on the pristine grounds ideal for photographs. The garden paths, stately tree lines, and beautiful vistas make this the perfect wedding site.

Timeless Elegance
The Manor tent complex will comfortably accommodate up to 200 of your guests, with French doors, and floor to ceiling windows for amazing sunset views. Enjoy cocktails overlooking the lush, rolling 18th green and fairway in the shadow of the Silo Bar.
Preserving the feel of the original farm is important to us; the granite and stone features of the Manor’s Silo Bar, which is built into the original grain storage silo, typifies this. This area is also one of the ideal locations for on-site ceremonies. Exchange your vows under the majestic pines or next to the garden pergola with many options showcasing the property’s endless natural beauty.

TOPTRACER VIRTUAL GOLF ENHANCEMENT
$35 per hour per bay /range balls included
Up to 4 players per bay rental.
Don’t have time to join the outing group, or are you someone that doesn’t feel comfortable playing golf on course? Why not play Virtual Golf on our Top Tracer Monitors instead! 60 or 90 minutes of golf experience on the driving range with virtual golf in a fun filled no pressure setting! Play during the day then join the outing group for postgame activities.
Miscellaneous
- Callaway rental clubs available at $45 per set – includes 6 Callaway balls and tees. Please allow one week advance notice
- Tee gifts are available through the golf shop, please ask your outing coordinator – see promotional items
- Makefield Highlands Golf Club is the only licensed authority to sell and serve food and beverages on the premises. Therefore, no outside food, beverages, or alcohol are permitted on the property.
- Deposit of $750 due to hold Outing date – Final guest count is due no later than seven (7) business days prior to the function. This final guest count will be considered a guarantee for which the event host will be charged whether or not fewer people attend.
- Registration, breakfast, and lunch are hosted in the Clubhouse.
- Post-play events are hosted in the tent.
- Clubhouse use is based on availability and prevailing surcharge.

Golf Academy School
Introduce your guests who don’t play golf, but wish to learn, to our professional staff for 2 hours of “golf school”. For the same cost as your outing, we provide equipment, instruction and training to get your guests “golf ready” for next year’s event. Ask your event coordinator for details.

We’ll help you select from the most popular items and handsomely box them for gifts and prizes. High quality accessories for any budget can be customized with your logo.

- Shotgun or Modified Shotgun tournament format (modified shotgun for groups of less than 72) *
- Green Fees and electric cart rental fee
- Curbside bag drop and cart assignment card with players names
- Personalized scorecards, tournament rule sheets, and professional scoring
- Driving range, putting green, and short game area for pre tournament swings
- Golf shop prize credit equivalent to $5/player

Whether you are hosting a Bridal Shower, Baby Shower, Birthday Party, Anniversary Party, Rehearsal Dinner, Celebration of Life or Funeral Luncheon, we have you covered from start to finish! Let us handle all of the details so you can spend precious moments making memories with your guests.
You must be 21 years of age to purchase or consume alcoholic beverages while on Makefield Highlands licensed property. Our policy is to request ID from any customer who appears to be under the age of 35. In addition, any guest showing visible signs of intoxication or who cannot produce valid ID will NOT be served. We reserve the right to refuse service to any guest at our discretion.
