Elisa Malinoff, Events Specialist, at Makefield Highlands Golf Club met me and my fiance several times to plan our wedding reception. Elisa is perfect at her role. Elisa shared good ideas for the reception floor layout and arranged a wedding reception tasting with Chef John. The tasting included appetizers, a pasta dish and main dish protein. The tasting got us excited for the wedding reception. The food was delicious. We also sampled bride and groom drinks. The club bartenders made suggestions for the drinks. The drinks were very tasty.
The wedding reception was wonderful. Appetizers were served butler style and the dinner buffet was delicious. The service staff were nice and very efficient. Big shout out to Travis and the bartenders who did a great job. Family members complimented the bartenders. I was so excited with the wedding reception food I looked for Chef John by the kitchen entrance and spoke with his cook Steve to thank them.
